Conditions for Aggregate
Supply

  1. Parties
    This agreement is between Aggregate Solutions Limited, company registration number 16483555, hereafter referred to as "Supplier", and [Construction Company Name], hereafter referred to as "Company".

 

  1. Scope of Supply
    The Supplier agrees to provide the materials as listed in the Purchase Order (PO) or Schedule of Work Agreement, including quantity, grade, specifications, and delivery timelines.

 

  1. Quality Standards
    All materials must meet the agreed specifications and relevant industry standards. The Company reserves the right to reject any materials that are defective, damaged, or non-compliant.

 

  1. Delivery
    Materials must be delivered to the site(s) specified by the Company within the timeframe stated in the PO or Schedule of Work. Late deliveries may result in penalties or cancellation of the order.

 

  1. Inspection and Acceptance
    The Company will inspect materials upon delivery. Acceptance is conditional upon inspection results. Acceptance of the materials will be confirmed by a Representative of The Company by the signing of a Proof of Delivery document or email to info@asltd.uk

 

  1. Pricing and Payment
    Prices are as agreed in the PO and are fixed unless otherwise stated in writing. Invoices must reference the PO number. Payment will be made within 7 days of receipt of an accurate invoice and accepted delivery.

 

  1. Compliance with Law
    The Supplier must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.

 

  1. Indemnity
    The Supplier shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any losses, damages, or claims arising from defective materials, late delivery, or breach of these terms.

 

  1. Governing Law
    This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.

 

  1. Entire Agreement
    These terms, along with any referenced PO or contract, constitute the full agreement between the parties and override any prior communications.
